Welcome to Classic Dormitory. By accessing our website, booking a bed, or staying at our property, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Identification

  • Valid ID Proof: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) upon check-in. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proof.
  • Age Restriction: Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in alone. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
  • Payment: Full payment for the stay must be made in advance upon check-in. We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In: [Insert Time, e.g., 12:00 PM]
  • Standard Check-Out: [Insert Time, e.g., 11:00 AM]
  • Late Check-Out: Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Early Check-In: Early check-in is subject to bed availability.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: [Insert your specific policy, e.g., Cancellations made 24 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.]
  • No-Show: If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a “No-Show,” and no refund will be provided.

4. Guest Conduct & House Rules

  • Prohibited Items: Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited inside the dormitory premises.
  • Quiet Hours: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please maintain silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Hygiene: Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness in the rooms and washrooms. Please keep your bed space tidy.
  • Visitors: Outside visitors are not allowed inside the dormitory rooms. They may be met in the reception area only.

5. Safety and Valuables

  • Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Classic Dormitory is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items, cash, or electronics.
  • Lockers: We provide lockers for security; however, guests are advised to carry their own locks or ensure lockers are properly secured.

6. Property Damage

  • Any damage to dormitory property (bedding, furniture, electrical appliances, sanitary fittings, etc.) caused by a guest will be charged to the guest. The management reserves the right to determine the cost of repairs or replacement.

7. Rights of Admission

  • Classic Dormitory reserves the right to refuse admission or evict any guest who violates these terms, engages in unruly behavior, or causes disturbance to other guests, without any refund.

8. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
